What's on the MandalaMaker™ CD-ROM?

Below is a brief description of the various items found on the CD.

The ReadMeFirst.htm file is an HTML file which orients you to the CD and points you to this manual. If you're here, you won't need it!

There is a folder for each operating system (Windows, Mac, and Other). These folders each contain:

• a "ReadMe" file covering platform specific issues
  
  
• a MandalaMaker installer or installation file
  
  To install MandalaMaker, find the folder corresponding to your operating system, and follow the steps outlined in "Installing MandalaMaker"

  The MandalaMaker Manual is a copy of this manual. (A copy of the manual is also installed on your hard drive when you install MandalaMaker).

  The Extras folder contains two items:

  • The "Gallery" folder which contains a collection of 100 GIF images created by Clare Goodwin using the MandalaMaker program. To browse the Gallery, open the "gallery.html" file with your web browser.
    
    
  • The "Sample Mandalas" folder contains a number of MandalaMaker files, also created by Clare. You can open these files with the MandalaMaker program. By using the Undo and Redo functions, you can get an idea of how Clare created these mandalas.
